2010 Fundraiser Bucks Economic Trend

The Leduc and Greater Edmonton area Chapter of the Wild Elk Federation held its 5th annual fundraising dinner and auctions on April 17th, 2010. With over 300 guests in attendance gross revenues exceeded $90,000.00. Though attendance was down slightly it was evident that attendees were there to support elk and other wildlife. Revenues from the "Special Auction" WEF Rifle, $7,450.00 exceeded the previous event high by almost $1,000.00. All who attended had a great time and again enjoyed the delicious meal prepared by Bob Ronnie Catering along with the Barons of bison.

We would like to thank all our donors and attendees for their continued support of this worthwhile cause.

Revenues from this fundraiser will help support the proposed WEF elk release scheduled for the spring of 2011.
